Our units are manufactured according to US standards (110 volts).  Many places outside of the USA will require a power converter of some kind.  You should check with your power company to see what voltage converters would be necessary.

Returns

We have a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our merchandise.  We guarantee that your order will be shipped in a timely manner and if your item is not as described or comes damaged, we will replace it for you.  You will need to contact us before returning any item.

You should retain all original packing materials as you will need to package the item in the original packaging for return.

Returning damaged items:

• You must get return authorization from us before returning any item(s).
• The item(s) must be repackaged in the original packaging or a restocking fee may be applied.
• In some cases, an RMA number and a call tag will be sent to you which will allow you to ship the item.
• We will replace a defective item at no cost.
• You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Damaged items must be returned within 30 days.  After 30 days they must be returned to the manufacturer.

At DCW, honesty and integrity are of the utmost importance.  We do not send illegal unsolicited emails, bulk emails or spam of any kind.
